Sidebar Gadget Suggestion: Medical Monitor

Developers:

While looking through the Sidebar Gadgets this morning, I couldn't find any 'HEALTH MONITOR' type Gadgets. I'm very absent minded sometimes (ok, most of the time ;-) and a gadget like this would be so helpful! I'd love to have it right in the Vista Sidebar to View (or Edit) quickly.

A couple of nice features for the HEALTH MONITOR:

1. Doctors Appointment Keeper w/ Reminder
2. Tests Results Keeper w/ Reminder
3. Add A Note Function
