-East St. Louis police have released a photo of a 'person of interest' in one of the shootings. He is 20 year old MARK HUNTER of East St. Louis. The police chief describes a vehicle as, "an older model Lincoln Continental - light blue with a tan top" and authorities are unsure if the car is registered in Missouri or Illinois.
